When I try to make a call or send a text message, I get an error saying I dont have access to this service even tho my Data is working, support said they fixed it but i didnt fix anything

Be sure to logon your Fizz account to confirm that your payments are up-to-date.
Also you must be in your coverage area to be able to use your plan services.
You mention that your mobile data appears to be working. Make sure you have disabled wifi when you are trying to use mobile data.
