Why can't I verify my email address when trying to buy a new phone?

I'm part of the beta test for purchasing a new phone through Fizz. I'm trying to purchase an iPhone 11. When I select it and go to the next step it asks me to verify my email address, even though it has already been verified. If I click to get an email to verify it again anyways, the link in the email leads me to a page that says that my account is already verified. But I still cannot move to the next step in the purchasing process. Any ideas? Or is this just a glitch since it's still in beta?
