Why don't I receive MMS from United States?

I do not receive any MMS messages from anyone of my contacts in the United States. I know I am not the only one having this problem because I know several other subscribers, both on the Fizz or Videotron network, who experience the same issue. I have full data and US coverage included in my plan, and all APN settings recommended by Fizz. All other cellular and data features work as expected.

James to receive the MMS you need to have your data on. Is it your case?
Yes, you need both
If you do not have unlimited SMS you need to buy an addon or put money in the Fizz’s wallet in order to send SMS and the data too to send MMS
To received SMS is free

If you are able to receive MMS from your local contacts, you can contact Fizz support to notify them of this issue. They will likely open a ticket for their technical team to investigate further.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-multimedia-text-messages-why
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

If you have data, it's not normal.
Please, contact the Fizz customer service and ask for help by chat.7 -
If you have Data plan in your account and still doesn't work, check your APN settings in your network preferences.
