Hi lpca
After rebooting, is everything working well?
What exactly happens a few days after rebooting? Is Wifi working? Internet connection by ethernet cable? Or both are down?13 -
Hey, sorry to hear. I think we might need more information to help.10

It did the same thing for me, I solve it by bridging my moden and using good router.8

1. WIFI is good(my router)
2. after rebooting the modem, internet is working
3. This happens about one month.8 -
lpca, when you have the internet problem, is it just wifi that is down or there is no internet connection at all?
If ethernet connection to the modem is still providing access to internet, then you may need to look at your router.7 -

Hello lpca,
Apologies for the encountered issues.
I have verified the modem on my end and there seem to be a few signals outside our functioning norms which can be the root of your internet issue.
Please disconnect your personal router and unplug the Fizz modem from the power source, then verify the coaxial cable to be tightly screwed in and not damaged. Once this has been made please plug the modem in a different power outlet, without using extension cords or power sticks and wait for 30 minutes, then perform a factory reset and test without your modem for 2 days.
If the issue still persist, please reach us directly by chat through the FAQ Fizzy so we can verify with you further.
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good day.
