I paid my monthly bill but cannot get access to data and calling

Keziah you can’t call ? Did you activate your Sim? Is your phone ok with Fizz and unblocked? Do you have access to your account? Because you have many problems I encourage you to reach Fizz directly Chat with Fizz.

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

For data you need to verify your plan. And verify if your phone is ok with data and the APN too.

I can see here that following a payment failure that was then fixed, your plan was resuspended on October 4th and it's now active and running.
