As many have replied, you may do that if you pay 1$ fee AND that the number is available within Fizz' pool of numbers.
But nowadays, do people still remember phone numbers? Most calls are made from mobile phones (with caller list, phonebook, etc.) or home hand-held phones (many with "redial" or contact numbers).
If you are to get a new phone number, is it really worth it? I guess to each person, the answer may be different.

Hi Delic,
You can choose the last four digits of your mobile number by paying a one time 1$ charge when you first subscribe to Fizz using your newly bought SIM card.
You need to select the third option: Find a number. Type the four numbers you want into the search box.
Choose a number from the list. (Click Get a new number list to refresh this list. Note that you can only refresh this list 5 times. When you refresh this list, you will not be able to go back to the previous list of numbers.)
Click Confirm. And that's it!
