VoLTE and WIFI Calling not working ?

New Fizz client and a bit disapointed that this feature is missing... We live in an area that has no coverage and rely on this to have our cell fonctionnal ...
Any news on when this is planned for FIZZ ?

Hi Amelie,
at the moment Fizz does not offer these services.

However, Fizz is constantly adding new features, therefore, sometime in the future for sure Fizz will add them.

You are not alone. Others have asked for these functions too.

If you cannot use the service as is, you may have no choice but to look for another provider.

You can chat with Fizz support to see if they have any update.
The chat is avaiable from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/abcs-fizz-mobile-services
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You pay less. you get less. normal. Maybe Fizz will offer these options later.

Fizz is a low-cost provider. They don't offer features which aren't considered as basic.
