Have you already registered/activated your SIM Card and paid for your plan?
And was your credit card charged?
Can you see the plan status on your account?
Try restarting your phone. Make sure your phone is compatible with Fizz and unlocked.
You can also try/test the SIM card with another phone.
If you already paid and your plan is not working, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
