Fizz had deducted from my credit card 3 times of this monty payments, How I could get my money back?

you must contact the support, only them can help you out, but at least we know that they have problems
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

Hi Sophie,
I just verified on your account and it seems that you were in fact charged 19.15$ on October 1st and again for the same amount on October 2nd. We issued a refund for the 2nd charge that was taken due to an error.
You can check this out under My plans-> Transaction history. The refund is displayed with a dark blue text and a - sign in front of it.
Sorry for the error that lead to the double-charge!
