I already have a 2G monthly plan. but since August, a 10G monthly plan has been added without my knowing and authorization. I haven't logged in to my FIZZ account for quite some months, today Oct 3rd/20 is the first time I log into my fizz account, and eventually figured out the problem:another mobile plan was activated without my authorization/knowing. I don't know when this 10 G montly was added and who did that, it is absolutely a fraud!
HOPE FIZZ team can correct this erratic manipulation as soon as possible.

Please update your Fizz password and continue to do it regularly.
Write down as much info about the plan (phone number, account number, plan activity)
If needed, you can unsubscribe to terminate that plan.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.10 -
