Payment cycle

I have 2 mobile lines. Why does one payment cycle sill stays in the previous one of Aug 30 to Sep 29 and shows minus 3 days left in the current payment cycle? I need to add an upgrade and gave me the message “you need to wait after Sep30 to do it”. Now it’s already Oct 3. This is first time I have this problem, the 2nd line is ok, shows 27 days left in the current payment cycle.

    You need to notify Fizz support about this issue. It's a rare bug, but it has happened to others.

    You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at
    2- Click on this link:
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
