I have 2 mobile lines. Why does one payment cycle sill stays in the previous one of Aug 30 to Sep 29 and shows minus 3 days left in the current payment cycle? I need to add an upgrade and gave me the message “you need to wait after Sep30 to do it”. Now it’s already Oct 3. This is first time I have this problem, the 2nd line is ok, shows 27 days left in the current payment cycle.
