Data expires later are being used first

I was given 2Gb of data as gift 2 days ago which will expire in 43 days. I have rollover data which will expire in 13 days. When I checked the data usage, I notice the data expires in 43 days were being used up first. I have attached a screenshot. Even though the blue arrow is on the block of data that expire in 13 days, but the block of 2Gb gifted data was being used as I have circled in red the consumed data. Why is this happening?
