Internet technician did not show up. When is he going to show up?

We scheduled an appointement with the technician too come and deliver the modum today, between 12 pm and 5 pm. However, they never showed u. I do not want to reschedule and we need internet pretty urgently for work. The order number is 688***** . Can you help us ?

To reschedule your technician appointment:
1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Reschedule.
This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
6- confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.
And reach Fizz To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

If the technician did show up to your appartment yesterday, you will be obliged to reschedule another appointment today.
To do it:
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointments
You will see all your appointments, click on; Reschedule
Choose a day and an hour proposed at your conveniance and click on: Save4 -
Take a appointment in the morning, so it will not happen again4
