If you paid with a delay, Fizz can take up to 2 hours to reactivate your plan.
Did you try to turn off the phone for couples of minutes?
You can alway contact Fizz’s support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -
I tried to buy a new phone plan from Fizz but my order did not went through it was written that my order was not submitted; however I was charged $37.32 which is the monthly payment of the account. Now I do not have a phone number and plan but I was charged for the plan. I contacted the customer service three times and they said they are looking in to it, but nothing has happened8
