Losing connection on my celphone?

Hi,
I have a new S8 Samsung phone. From the beginning it was losing connection once a day. But now, I keep now receiving my messages and chats and loosing connection for days... My little sister threw it on the floor, so the screen broke, but these problems were way before, and they constantly get worse.
What should I do?

    If it doesn't work, maybe you need to repair hardware part of the phone.

    Have you try your sim card in another telephone?
    I think that your actual phone is completely broken.

    Order a new sim card if this one not working in different phone
