Losing connection on my celphone?

Hi,
I have a new S8 Samsung phone. From the beginning it was losing connection once a day. But now, I keep now receiving my messages and chats and loosing connection for days... My little sister threw it on the floor, so the screen broke, but these problems were way before, and they constantly get worse.
What should I do?

Try your SIM in a different phone, since I believe that your phone is broken8 -

Sorry you are having issues with your phone.
Try turning off your phone and removing the SIM card. You may clean the contacts with some rubbing alcohol. Carefully insert your SIM card and restart your phone.
If the situation does not improve, it can be a hardware issue (possibly loose antenna) with your phone. And as suggested, you can try your SIM card on another phone.9 -

Order a new sim card if this one not working in different phone0
