Please check your account to be sure your payment is up-to-date.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -

Can you check the led status?
It can be a problem in your sector.

If your problem persis after having followed the guide, you can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
2- Open https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-connected-my-device-using-network-cable-i-still-have-no-connection-internet-how-do-i-fix-it

I've checked your account and connection and your modem has the online status.
