How do I get support?
I asked a question about an issue I'm having, and some of the answeres may have been helpful if they could have turned into a discussion, but I can't respond to answers, most of which themselves contain questions. One of them says there should be some kind of chat bubble, but I can't find it and I keep getting redirected around the website in circles to nowhere.

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
In the community hub, you can click on the REPLY button within your question to post your reply. Just make sure you are logged in/connected to your account.
Unfortunately, once a question has been closed, no one can post any more replies.6 -

probably you click on make a best answer, this will close the discussion6 -
Joshua, I always found that using the Facebook Messenger option worked best for me. It may not be instantaneous but you get a traceability of your issue.5
