Technician delivered internet modem . My plan still shows activation pending ?

Hi I received my modem today by the technician. I followed all the steps to install , I’ve set up my password for my wifi . My plan shows activation pending. No internet I’ve been waiting since 12 pm today . The green upstream light is just flashing . Did the tech need to mark my appointment as complete ? Please Someone assist . Thanks .

    I suggest you to contact Fizz support tonight.

    You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    It's might change status in the next day, but you can contact fizz by chat just to be sure.

    Can you restart your Fizz modem?
    Does all the lights are on today?
    If your internet is still not active?
    Please, contact the Fizz customer by chat for help.
