I’ve done all recommendations and still the same result ever happen to anybody, what do I do?

you need to contact the support, they will check your line remotelly
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at:
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
