when i'm out of the Fizz network range i get a no internet access on the Fizz EXT network

Indeed as Mike suggested as well, you will need to have the roaming feature activated on your phone. If by any chance the situation is ongoing, I advise restarting your phone and then following the troubleshooting steps mentioned on this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-my-mobile-data-isn-t-working-why
