Overcharged money for this month?

I was charged an additional $12, 4 times to my credit card separate from my monthly $55 fee and I want to know why this has happened and I would like to get the money back if possible. Thanks !!

  • You should look into your transaction history. It doesnt make sense unless you have bought add-ons. If it doesnt answer your question:
    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
