Internet Subscription - No confirmation received & Empty order history ?

Hi,
I just filed the subscription for internet and when I selected "SUBSCRIBE" button, the small wheel next to this button kept turning indefinitely...I was able to see the Service agreement pdf file but I did not receive any confirmation that my subscription passed ?
There is nothing in my account Profile Order History (Blank)...
Do we get any confirmation ?

Yes you need a confirmation. If you didn’t receive nothing and you can’t see your order in your Fizz account probably because it was a problem with your order. Reach Fizz to be sure.. To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
