Did you associate the card with your plan?
If yes and you cannot make a payment, please contact Fizz support by chat.
The chat is available from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
Absolutely! And no one has been answering today on FB nor on the Solution Hub where there's not Chat Bubble to ask questions!!! Deeply frustrating...6

Unsigned you NEED to be connected to be able to see the chat bubble. I just tried and it’s here....after a non- payment it’s easier to reach Fizz directly
Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

the chat bubble appears on the bottom right within a few seconds.
Please try clearing your browser cache and open a new tab in private mode to try again.
Also use a browser (like Chrome or Safari) and make sure to disable any blocker for pop-up ads.6 -

I kindly inform you that I have verified your Fizz account and the payment for your mobile plan just passed a few minutes go. You can see it too by going to My Plans >>Transaction History: https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history
Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.
