Incomplete activation

I received an email asking me to complete my mobile activation although it is already activated, if I enter the activation code i am told that it has already been assigned. Yes, it has been assigned to me, I am using it, why does the system ask me to activate it?

    Horacio, I had the same issue. Either you did your installation in a specific sequence that was not according to the Fizz program logic.

    I get these email when I check internet pricing or availability for a friend. If your service is working, everything should be fine. Welcome to Fizz!
