Contact the support and check with them, for sure it will be a bit more complicated since you lost your tracking number.
Did you try to see under your account if it is recorder?
1- Log into your account and go to Manage.
2- Click on Unsubscribe.
3- Instead of the unsubscribe process, you’ll see a button that says: Cancel my unsubscription.
4- Below this button, click on See instructions for returning my Wi-Fi modem.
5- Here you’ll find return instructions, your UNIQUE RETURN ID number and barcode.
This barcode will allow Canada Post to print your return label for free.
