Unable to Change Plan

My sons account has been dormant since March because cell phone was broken. Have been paying 10$ or so monthly just to maintain the phone number.
He now has new phone so I'm trying to restore plan to reinstitute service, data, etc.
I am logged in but when I click on Change Plan icon nothing happens!!
It's not a settings issue on laptop (other icons are selectable and work). I also tried logging into Fizz with my cell phone with same result ... able to access the account but nothing happens when I select "Change Plan".
Billing cycle only begins in two weeks so I still have time to resolve this issue.
Suggestion appreciated.

    Apologies for the encountered issue.
    I suggest to try the process in Google Chrome's private mode(ctrl+left shift+n) from My plans- Manage plan- Adjust plan and if there is an error, please take a screenshot of it and provide it to us by chat or Facebook messenger. If you also need to have the sim card replaced for the number, this can be only made by us for now. For sim card replacement, you will need to reach us by chat directly as we will need a few private information.
