    Have you associated your new payment method to all of your Fizz plans?
    Also, to get more help,
    contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.

    Hello Ramchurn,
    I have verified on your account and I see that you need to make the payment manually for your mobile plan, by going to My Plans >>Payment methods >>Make my monthly payment. Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.
