Did you associated the card with your plan?
If yes, contact the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

Hello Ramchurn,
I have verified on your account and I see that you need to make the payment manually for your mobile plan, by going to My Plans >>Payment methods >>Make my monthly payment. Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.
