Problem data tracker

Anybody knows how often is the data consumption meter updated? I thought I still had data for the month, but I guess the meter was not up-to-date.

    Well it has a daily usage chart so it's at lease once a day (but I would guess much frequenter than that!).
    Usually phones have a data tracker that is pretty accurate and can send alerts if you reach certain amounts of consumption. You should try and compare what you read from your phone and what you see on Fizz website.

    The tracker is not always up to date to the last minute. You need to come back periodically.

    You need to reset your track number on your phone at each beginning of your billing cycle.
