Why was a plan added to my account?

I've just received a text telling me I had a new plan activated under my account, something I did not ask for. I've been charged on my credit card as well from what I can see at the moment.

Does anyone else have access to your Fizz account or your account was possibly hacked.
When you logon to your account, do you see the new plan? You can take note of the details (phone number) and click on unsubscribe to receive a refund. I would also suggest to change your credentials including your password.
You may also contact Fizz support to notify them of this breach of your account.6 -
You should change your password right away and Contact Fizz asap! If you used the same password elsewhere then change it everywhere.
