Nabil if you speak about internet at home try to reboot your modem. Unplug it first .8

I tried rebooting multiple times and still no connection. I checked the wires and all. it was working and now , nothing . On the modem I see all the lights except the blue ones (which usually means the modem is connecting to the Fizz network)3

Internet is still down. Modem was rebooted multiple times. the blue lights (usually the lights connected to their network) on the modem are not on while everything else is.
who can we contact to see if there are any issues in my area.
need help as my kids are using the internet for online school.3 -
oh well -- now it is working after being down for 1 hour --- no idea what caused it and I tried to chat with FIZZ using facebook - and no luck -- anyhow, my kids can now go back to their online class9

Sometimes, just a reboot of the modem help.8
