How to change Unsubscription Date?

Hi, I realized I have inputted the wrong unsubscription date and would like to move it up. Currently, it is conflicting with the new tenants moving in and they are now unable to register their own modem. Is there anyway that I can move it up one day?

You must contact the support, since you cannot do it from your side
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.10 -
