Data doesn't roll over?

I have used all my data for this month. I have more that 10 days left before the next billing cycle. I have more than 1 Gig left of data from past months and it does not roll over. Can someone help me understand?

With Fizz, your data will rollover for 2 more monthly cycles.
As Mike pointed out, you can logon your account to see how much data you have left. You can also use the left and right arrows at the top, to view your data usage for previous months.
You will always consume your oldest data first, before dipping into your current plan data.
So if you've used up all your current data, it likely means you've also used up the 1 GB from past months.
In the meantime, you can purchase a data add-on or you can have other Fizz users gift some data to you.18 -
Under my account I see: 1.24 GB left 13 days left in this payment cycle
I do not understand why I have not data when I use my phone.15 -
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Do you have any block in your phone? You can put a data limit in the phone
Settings → Connections → Mobile data usage
If you are under Fizz Ext you need to enable data roaming
