Please close your browser, clear browser cache and retry.
Can you try with another browser or another device?
Also be sure to enter a referral code if you are a new customer (when activating your first plan).

Try to open your Fizz account from a computer on different browsers. It often works better with Google Chrome on a computer.3

Is there a problem with you address? Does someone already have Fizz Internet where you live or if you just moved you will be blocked from adding internet. Is internet available in you area
