You can check the link below for information on how the Reward program works:

I'd recommend you check under Overview-> My rewards and look at the table for Activities and Badges that you unlock for completing said Activities.
This is the fastest way to increase your level in the Rewards program.
Also, as your fellow Fizz friends mentioned, answer a question in the Community Hub, refer friends, add funds to your wallet… you get the point (no pun intended).
