If you cannot make a payment, you'll have to contact Fizz customer service.

Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Go to the FAQ help link above
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
When you're logged in to your account, you have the option to force payment. Update your credit card details if it has changed. If it doesn't work, contact the support by chat between 8am and 9pm or by messenger.5

Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.
You may also have to reboot your modem to restore service.1
