Hi there ,
My internet was cut off because I didn’t have the money on card, it’s almost a week with no internet. Can someone help please?

    Did you try to "make monthly payment now" to reactivate your account?

    You should always ensure that money is on your card, otherwise such a problem might repeat again :(
