Why isn't my network appearing on my devices?

I just self installed my modem/router. All lights are on, i received a prompt from fizz to rename network and create a new password. Then nothing. Network isn't showing up on any devices.

    Mathieu,
You can do a reset of your modem.
Just insert a pin about 35,40 seconds into the reset button located back in the centre of the modem.
Released it after and wait 3,4 minutes to see all the lights of the modem coming back.
If your computer is connected to the modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
    Easy connect.
Just types twice the factory password indicated back of your modem.
Your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, fonctionnal.
Just reconnect all your devices with this password to your wi-fi network.
