SIM card not activated yet?

My previous cell number Telus. I saw an email from you describing that you can deliver a SIM card.
Did you request another SIM card to be sent to my home address? or Should I order another myself?
I also want to keep my old phone number. Telus already release my previous number. Time is running out and I am without a cell over a week. We have to do something quick. I would appreciate it very much.

You should renew with Telus for an other month since the number must be active in order to be transferable

You should order a new sim and ask for a refund when you will activate the plan
