Why am I charged more than the plan as displayed on the website?

The price for 120 mbps seems to have dropped to $60 per month since I signed up (it was $65 per month). However, I'm still charged $65 per month and I haven't received any price change notice. Is this normal?

You should contact the support, since a price drop should be applied without notice
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/tout-le-monde-paye-un-prix-juste-en-tout-temps
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
