MMS message and internet does not work?

Have just activated my mobile plan with data package. Everything is smooth except the mobile data.
I can make and receive calls and SMS messages, but not MMS messages and internet is not working.
Have set the APN multiple times and also tried reset network setting ....
My phone is M iA2,based on the previous post it should be compatible

    I've checked your account and your mobile plan is fully active. You could try a few tips, for example, the first thing to do is to restart your phone. Then verify if you have the latest software update installed. You can put your phone into airplane mode for at least 30 seconds then turn the airplane mode off again.
