Someone ordered 5 SIM Cards using my Fizz account, how can I refund/get this disputed/fix this?
I checked my email today, and see that there is a "Your SIM Card is on its way" email. Only problem is, I didn't order this. Not only that, someone ordered FIVE. The address is listed (and it is certainly nowhere near me), and I have since gotten 3 emails about "activating the SIM cards".
I have reset my password already. But what can be done about this order and charge of $57.49?

Hi Loune.
Ask directly fizz by facebook or under the chat bubble.1 -
I tought that Fizz had a limit of 4 SIM per order, probably they remove it.
You need to ask the time, ip, and all other information in order to report this to the police/grc.
I have a friend that had a similar problem, he found that there was strange movement in his credit card, it was leaving the house for going to the police and his teenager confessed the use of the credit card online:(1 -
