I've been having ridiculously low upload speed on Wifi, I already tried restarting the router but it didn't help. I also tried the solutions offered but nothing helped. My plan is 60/10Mbps. I'm not even expecting to get 10 on Wifi but 0.22 is a problem.

This means that you already try a computer connected with the network cable.
Did you try to disable the ATF and the band steering?
With your prefered browser go to 192.168.0.1
1- login using the username cusadmin the password is your wifi password
2- Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
3- Disable Band steering
4- ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
5- ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
6- Click on save the modification
The modem should reboot wait couple of minutes6 -
In addition to what Mike said, it also helps to confirm for sure that WiFi is indeed the problem by testing the speed with a device connected via Ethernet.
This seems tedious or unnecessary but it can be the difference between chasing down slow WiFi speeds and an actual problem with the line.
If you applied Mike's solution, in addition to a factory reset of the device (not just a reboot or restart). I would try and see if the performance of your download is also suffering, and check nearby devices for possible interference. If you live in an apartment complex with many other dwellings close by, you may benefit from disabling auto channel selection (image attached) in your admin console, and selecting a specific channel. You can find which channel is free by using a smart phone and downloading a WiFi analyzer app, which will show you the channels of nearby devices, and you picking the least congested channel.
You shouldn't need to do the same for 5ghz as they rarely go beyond the confines of your home, but it can happen in theory.
Hope this helps5 -
Hi Eric.
Ask Fizz directly.

Eric,
Maybe a factory reset of your modem is the solution.
Insert a pin 35,40 seconds into the reset button (back in the center of your modem).
Released it after, wait 3,4 minutes to see the lights of your modem coming back.
If your computer is directly connected to your modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen:
Easy connect.
Please, types twice the factory password (indicated back of your modem).
Your internet connexion is supposed to work 100% well.
Also, reconnect to your wi-fi network all your devices.
You can do Speed test.
I hope it will solve your speed problem of your connxion.3 -
Can you please try to connect a computer worth Ethernet and measure the speed?
I beleive it's wifi issue4 -
