I traveled to another city and my mobile internet doesn't work anymore, eventhough my plan was supposed to work in the whole country.

Make sure "Data roaming" is set to Allowed on your phone.8

Hi Mariana,
After Data Roaming is enabled, if the problem continues, you can put your phone on airplane mode for 1 minute. Then retry.8 -
I've already done both things and it doesn't work.8

Try another phone and check if the problem persists6

Could you check on your plan you if have canada enabled?

Mariana,
Please check this map for Fizz's mobile coverage area
https://fizz.ca/en/coverage
Also make sure you have the same APN settings on your phone and you have not changed them
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
Hello Mariana,
Apologies for the encountered issue.
Have you verified if the area you are currently in is within the green or pink zone? If the area you are in shows up with gray on the map, we do not have roaming partners in there. You can verify the region you are in here:
https://fizz.ca/en/coverage
If you are in a non-gray area on our coverage map, please try a power reboot for your phone, then head over to settings- Networks- mobile network and slide off the automatic network search and wait a few moments, then select a Fizz EXT network available and test. A few more helpful tips can be found here:

If the issue still persists, please reach us by chat.
Have a good day.
