My acount is up to date and pay for and active, but a dont have wifi , what can i do ?

Turn off the modem for couples of minutes, this will force the refresh5

What do you mean you don't have Wifi? Can you connect your device with a wire to see if at least your have internet. Also, the technician that came to your house is support to make sure everything is fine.
Also, there is instruction to setup the Wifi for the first time.5 -
Reset your modem:
1 - Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem.
2 - Make sure all the lights on the modem are off once you have unplugged it.
Wait ten (10) seconds.
3 - Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a three (3) minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.5 -
Wifi is the signal between your Modem/router and devices in your home (phone, smartTV, computer, etc.).
Is your problem with your Wifi or are you having issues with your internet connection (from Fizz to your modem/router)?5 -
