No internet access, tried restarting modem already, what next?

As title states, lost internet connection. When I try troubleshooting on PC it says "The DNS server isn't responding". What should I do next

Check the led status, if the symbol with the arrow (one or both) is flashing or off you have a signal problem with the coaxial cable. Check if it is well connected.
Try to turn off the modem for 5 minutes.

Apologies for the encountered issue.
Regarding your home internet issue, I have verified the modem on my end and it appears fully offline, but no issues with the network grid.
Please unplug the modem from the power source and verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in on both ends, then wait 10 seconds and plug the modem in a different power outlet, without using power sticks or extenders. A few more helpful tips can be found here:
