I was stuck out of canada
And i got back
My account was disabled

    Probably you did not pay for it

    Try to see with the support what are your options

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at
    2- Click on this link:
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    When you don't pay for a while, the account gets deactivated for late payments. FB chat will help you out.

    I've just checked your account and I see that it has been disabled following a non-payment issue for over a month.
