Probably you did not pay for it
Try to see with the support what are your options
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.2 -
When you don't pay for a while, the account gets deactivated for late payments. FB chat will help you out.1

I've just checked your account and I see that it has been disabled following a non-payment issue for over a month. If you'd like to use your mobile service again, you'll have to reactivate your mobile plan by going to My plans > click on the "Reactivate" button" underneath your plan.
