Order keep cancelling

Hi there! I have been ordering an internet package for several times, and it keeps cancelling for no reason. The replying email all it said was the ' situation is out of control'.... does anyone know what's the real reason?? should I order again or what should I do?

    Try to contact the support to validate with them the reason

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Only Fizz team can resolve this issue.

    If it keeps getting cancelled, there should definitely be a reason, right? Try to contact support on FB.
