To track the status of your invited friends, and know the amount of the referral bonus you'll receive (or referral bonuses if several of your friends activated their plan using your referral code) :
1- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
2- Select Referral Bonuses.

Do you see it as "pending" under your referrals? Did your friend receive his/her bonus? If yes, then contact customer service. If not, then I assume the referral code was not validated?
Double check that they used your code for the referral, as well you only get the referral bonus for the 2nd month of the billing cycle.
Check your credit card if you paid a ridiculous less payment. If it’s yes, you’ve received your 25$

I'm having this issue too! I thought it was a bug maybe, my referral bonus has been "pending" for almost 3 months. I guess I'll have to call customer service as well

If the referral is still pending and it has been paid more than 2 months, please contact Fizz support. It can be a program bug. They will make it right for you.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

First, connect to your Fizz account.
Click on : My Profile
Click on: Referral bonuses
You will see all the details. (thoses received and thoses pending).
