Punctuality of technician appointment

I have an appointment this week to receive the Fizz modem and get the Internet service activated.
My appointment is in the PM (12 to 5)
Do the technician usually come on time ? Do he call or confirm the appointment before arriving ?

It really depends on the technician. It is better for both parties if they call ahead, but they are not required to do so. As for the timing, it will depend mostly on time it takes to complete the job(s) before yours.10 -
This will depend of the time of the year, i'm sure they are over loaded from people moving and maybe covid affect services.
They are usually on time with the scedule.9 -
No problem here few weeks ago. He didn’t phone before coming.5

Usually, the technician comes and respect the scheduled apointment between theses hours.
Some calls , some not.

It's depend how the technician work. Personnaly he call me in the morning at 10am he done my internet setup when the appointment was in pm. He does the job!
