How do I temporarily disable my data from account settings?

Usually carriers have a setting from the account management page that allows you to disable data, I haven’t been able to find it.
Can someone please tell me where it is.

    Here you cannot do that since you will not overcharged, internet will stop to work till you buy an addon or someone will gift you some data or next billing cycle.

    You must disable it from your phone
  • You can disable only data from your phone. You will never be overcharged, when you consume all your data, the internet will not work anymore until the next billing month.

    Disable on your phone. When you’re at 0 with fizz, it’ll simply stop working.

    Hello Mark,
    As our community members suggested, we do not have the option to disable data mobile. The internet will stop working once you use the monthly data. You can do that from the settings on your phone.
